As the UX design lead for DNA UX, I took full control of the project, succeeding a team of three full-time UX Designers. My role was crucial in advancing the development and ensuring a cohesive design strategy.
The goal was to refine and expand DNA UX, creating a seamless user experience that could be standardized across multiple Fiserv products. The DNA platform supports over 6,000 branches and manages 84 million accounts throughout North America.
Taking full control of the UX process for DNA UX allowed me to demonstrate leadership and design expertise, significantly contributing to the product’s success and setting a standard for future projects within the company.
